Don't want to start from scratch? You can also turn your old pieces into new pieces! Bring in any jewelry you'd like restyled, remounted or remade. We'll help you create a new custom jewelry design from the jewelry you already have.

Custom Remount
Choose from our selection of jewelry castings and designs and we'll set the stone(s) into them. This can be done with your loose diamonds, stones and/or gold.
Semi Custom
Jeweler's Touch has several custom-made prototypes available to choose from, all created with flexibility in mind. You can use your own loose diamonds, stones and/or gold and we'll alter and adjust these pieces to your exact specifications.
Full Custom
We work with you to bring your custom jewelry design to life. The process starts with a consultation. During this time you can try on different styles and designs while giving us feedback about your preferences and the pieces you like.
If you have any pictures or sketches of your ideas, bring those to your consultation. We'll sketch out the design or show you a computer rendering for your approval.
Next we'll create a wax prototype of your unique jewelry. Depending on the custom jewelry design, we will either sculpt the prototype by hand or use a computer-aided jewelry design and milling system. (CAD/CAM and REVO Mill.)
To keep you involved in the process you'll be asked to come in to view the prototype and request any changes or adjustments you may want.
Once the prototype is approved we will move on to manufacturing your piece. We'll pay special attention to quality, styling and detail during every step.
This process includes:

• Fabrication
• Hand Finishing
• Stone Setting
• Engraving
Once created, your unique jewelry is put through a ten-step quality inspection that's done under magnification.
When the piece is finished we can do an appraisal if that is requested. Once the appraisal is done you will be called to come pick up your new custom designed jewelry.
From start to finish the average timeframe for a custom jewelry design is two to four weeks, depending on the scope of work being completed and approval appointments during the process.
